What are my shipping options? TOP
Your order will be shipped via USPS 1st Class or Priority mail, depending on the weight. We have found this to be the most economical method of shipping. Our shipping times are estimates based on our past experience with USPS. (Orders over $100 ship free!* Those orders may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.) *Applies only to orders within the United States.
Please allow at least two to five days, or possibly a little more, for domestic shipping. (This does not include the time it may take to make and process your order.) If your you earned free shipping and your order was shipped via USPS Parcel Post, your order may take 7-10 business days. Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped or delivered.
Do you take international orders? TOP
Of course we do! Before placing your order, contact us through our "Contact Us" link on the left side of this website just to let us know that you would like to place an order for international shipment. Let us know where your order will be mailed, and we will let you know what the shipping cost will be before you make your purchase. Please understand that it will take extra time for your international order to arrive.
How long will it take for me to receive my order? TOP
Your order should ship within 7 business days, but most ship sooner. If we anticipate a delay in your order (longer than 7 business days), or if the item you order is no longer in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. All of our products are handmade with love, so we thank you for your patience as we process orders as quickly as possible!

Please allow at least an additional 2-5 business days for shipping in addition to the time it takes for us to process and send your order from our company.
***If you have earned free shipping, your order may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, which takes approx. 7-10 business days.
Is gift wrapping available? TOP
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping for an additional charge of $3.00. During check-out, you may purchase gift wrapping. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping for Toddler Pillows or Toddler Pillow & Blanket Sets at this time. (Box design may vary.)
Can I have my order sent to a different address than my own? TOP
Sure! Just write the address where you want your order to be sent in the "Shipping Address" area. Please specify if your order is a gift, and we will not enclose the invoice with the order; we will send the invoice to the billing address.
What if the product picture is a fabric swatch and not the actual completed product? Does that mean it will take longer to ship? TOP
Absolutely not! Don't let a picture of a fabric swatch scare you. We make most of our products to order, and we ship very quickly. Unless there is an unforseen problem, we ship our orders within 7 business days, but most actually ship in less than 5 days.
I am in a hurry for my order! Is it possible to have it processed more quickly? TOP
If you are in a hurry for your order, please let us know. We will work as hard as possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that our products are handmade with love!
What is your return policy? TOP
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return any unused merchandise to us within 14 days of the day we shipped it to you. Please, only return items that are new and in the same condition as they were when we sent them to you. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item only. We will not refund shipping costs. Defective products can be exchanged.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
Credit Card Payments-
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express through our online shopping cart system. If you prefer, you may also pay using your Paypal account.
Some people prefer to pay by check or money order through the mail, and that's fine, too. If you prefer not to pay online by credit card, just send a check or money order for the full amount of your order to:

Place your order online, and then select "check or money order" as your preferred method of payment. Please be sure to include a copy of your order with your payment. (You can either just print it out and send it in, or you can hand-write it on a piece of paper. If you hand-write it, please include your name, address, phone number, and specifics of your order, including order number.) We will begin processing your order once your check has cleared. Please note: if your check has not been received 14 days from when your order was placed, your order will be cancelled.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We will not sell, rent, or give-away your personal information to anyone else, ever. We will only contact you through the contact information you give us if we have a question about your order. We may also send you an occasional notification about special sales for Cuddles from Home, but you may always unsubscribe at any time.
